Book a service tour
Dashboard > + Tour
When a family wishes to book a tour of your service, it can be done in multiple ways. The simplest of which is directly from the dashboard using the + Tour shortcut in the top left corner of Vacancy.care.
You would select this option if you’ve already agreed on the tour date/time with the family.
Alternatively, tours can be booked via a link (or plug-in) placed directly onto your website or social page.

A tour invite link can also be emailed directly to a family, providing access to the appointments calendar. This way, families can select a date and time convenient to them (within guidelines set by you, see Setting calendar availability).
