Do you want to access your Vacancy.care CRM account but have forgotten your password? Here are the steps to reset your password. 

From Vacancy.care CRM login page

1. Click on Forgot Password link.

2. Enter your email address into the User Name and Email Address Fields then hit Submit.

3. Wait for the confirmation message to be displayed. 

4. Go to your email's inbox to check for the email Vacancy.care sent. Its subject will be "Reset your account password".

5. Click the link to reset your password.

6. Type in your new password and retype to confirm.

7. Click Log In. 

You have now reset your password from the login page. 

How to Reset your Password from Within the CRM

1. Click on the horizontal bar menu.

2. Select Service Settings and click Other Settings > Forgot Password.

3. Click the Password tab.

4. Type in your current password.

5. Type your new password and re-type to confirm. 

6. Hit Save.

Now you have reset your password from within Vacancy.care CRM.
