The sales funnel provides a visual representation of each opportunity - or lead. It's where you see the progression of leads. There are different stages, which allow the effective tracking of individual leads. 

Be guided by the funnel. Save time knowing the next step to take towards finalising enrolments. 



Leads are classified into the following stages: Enquiry, Engaged, Tour Booked, Tour Completed, Waitlist, Offered, Enrolled, Lost opportunity, Removed, Graduated.


By updating the stage as it progresses, opportunities - or leads - are moved effortlessly through the sales funnel. Identify the best opportunities and action them to move them through the funnel - finalising the enrolment, or closing the sale.

Updating the stage - Leads page
Update the stage can be done directly from the leads page via the pink pencil icon. Select the stage required, and save. 


Updating the stage - from within a child's profile 
Leads are attached to an individual child. Within the one family, there may be multiple leads - dependent on how many siblings there are. To update the stage from within an individual family, go Dashboard > Families. Search for the family, select the child and the pop-up attached to that child will open. 

Change the stage via the pink pencil icon. Select the new stage required, and choose Update. 

Updating a stage is primarily done manually, but some stages are automatically updated - an example of this is when a family is sent a link to book a tour through Vacancy.care. When they accept via the link, the stage is automatically updated to "Tour Booked ". 

When the stage on any lead is updated, this update will be reflected visually on the Sales Funnel
