Whenever a new family enrols or one of your currently enrolled families welcomes a new baby, it's worth taking the time to note in the family's profile that there's a sibling. Siblings are future opportunities. With one child already enrolled in your service, there's a much higher chance that some point in the future, you'll also enrol their brother or sister. Ensure you don't allow that opportunity to slip by unrecognised!
If the family is new and a strong relationship is still being established, we recommend adding a task in Vacancy.care to enquire about the sibling at a future date. This can be done via the dashboard, in the My Open Tasks panel.
