Waitlist auto-reminders can be set-up within Vacancy.care to regularly prompt families to confirm their continued interest and remain on your service waitlist - or alternatively be removed. This waitlist management tool updates in real-time, ensuring your waitlist is always current, containing real opportunities for enrolment.
Set-up auto-emails for your service via the Waitlist page in Vacancy.care. Choose the Auto Management tab at the top of the page.
**TIP - manual confirmation - alternatively, email individual families manually through Vacancy.care to confirm their continued interest in remaining on the waitlist, using our saved email templates feature. Vacancy.care offers a selection of templates - including a waitlist update information template. Each time you email a family via the CRM a record of the correspondence will be saved within the family's profile for future reference.
Accessed via the Families page > search for and select the parent to open their profile pop-up > choose the envelope icon to email them > then pick the relevant template from the email template drop-down box.
