Best practices > collect regular feedback from enrolled families with satisfaction surveys

Want to get the most out of Occupancy Vacancy.care?
More benefits with less work...? Follow these best practice guidelines.

Requesting feedback from your enrolled families on a regular basis will ensure that the quality of your service is in alignment with the needs and wants of your enrolled families. Catch possible issues early, allowing the opportunity to address grievances before they escalate into larger issues - ensuring the retention of families and enrolments.

Accessed via the main menu > parent reviews > satisfaction survey > select the month and choose get link

You'll see a selection of set survey questions - designed to take no more than a minute or two for families to complete. Ideally, you'll collect this feedback monthly by copying the link and emailing it out.

Families are also prompted to submit a service review during the survey for your website. Testimonials from enrolled families are powerful marketing tools, and displayed on your service website could easily be the reason a new customer contacts you during their search for care.

**TIP - if you send the satisfaction survey link to your families through the internal mail in Vacancy.care it will be logged in the family's profile. This way, you can always refer to the log historically, and check the dates you sent the survey.

To read submitted survey responses at any point, go to the main menu > parent reviews > survey answers.
