How does the support chat identify me?
In the top-right corner of Vacancy.care there's a drop-down field that notes your service. Chat identifies you based on the service you select. Therefore, if you operate more than one service and change the service in the drop-down menu, chat will recognise this change and adjust accordingly. This way, the responses are customised to individual services. 
If the drop-down filter is set to all centres, Chat will identify your user and only link to an individual service if the user is the recognised primary user for that service.
