Best practices > family reviews are a great marketing tool!

Want to get the most out of Vacancy.care?
More benefits with less work...? Follow these best practice guidelines.

Vacancy.care provides you with the means to gather reviews from your families.

It's simple to request and collect testimonials through Vacancy.care and a positive review displayed on your service website, or shared socially, could be the deciding factor of a new family during their search for care. Family reviews are offered as a website plug-in.

Collect a review through Vacancy.care in two ways
1 - via a link embedded on your service website. Access and copy the link for insertion onto your service website here:

Main menu Family Reviews > Review Web Links.
2 - through built-in satisfaction surveys which can be regularly sent to enrolled families to gather feedback, catch grievances early, and collect reviews from happy families!

Your web developer or host may be able to assist you with embedding the provided links, otherwise, contact our support team - we'd be happy to help! Email - support@vacancy.care or call 02 8004 5592.

What if the review isn't glowing?
Not every testimonial you collect will be positive, but that doesn't mean it isn't helpful. Constructive criticism can be a vital tool to improve service procedures and practices. Without feedback, it can be difficult to really gauge whether families are happy with your service... from the general operation to the food you serve, how your staff engages with the children, to the activities on offer.

Worth noting... don't worry if the review isn't positive. Only the 4 and 5 star reviews will be publicly displayed. Anything less than that will be for your eyes only.
