Best practices > embed a tour booking link in your service website

Want to get the most out of Vacancy.care?
More benefits with less work...? Follow these best practice guidelines.

Allowing families to book a tour of your service directly from a link placed on your website means you can capture a new audience - possibly one that found you via a search engine. They're researching care, they've stumbled across your site and wow, they can book a tour instantly. Known as a website plug-in, the convenience of instant booking could mean the difference between a new enrolment, or a family continuing their search elsewhere.

Along with a conveniently booked tour, families will also receive -
- A tour confirmation email and reminders leading up to the tour. Busy people appreciate reminders.
- After completion of the tour, the family will receive a request for feedback about the tour and about your service. Feedback is invaluable - it can help improve your service.
- Plus, they'll be guided to enter contact details which you'll then have on record for future contact.

Simple to do, access and copy the link via main menu > tour calendar > website link

Your web developer or host may be able to assist you with embedding the provided link/s, otherwise, contact our support team - we'd be happy to help! Email - support@vacancy.care or call 02 8004 5592.

**TIP - remember to set-up your calendar availability with the days and times that work best for your service. This way, you won't have families booking tours on Sunday mornings or at peak hours during the week. See article - setting calendar availability for tours.
