The enrolled page
Dashboard > Enrolled
With multiple columns, the Vacancy.care enrolled page contains relevant, at-a-glance details on each family - and individual child - enrolled in your service. Confirm start dates, the child's exact age (years and months) and the room they're currently enrolled in. 
View the days each child is enrolled and also the waitlist days they'd prefer. Add an enrolled child to the internal waitlist directly from here by clicking into the waitlist days in line with the child - opening a Waitlist opportunity pop-up window.
Access family profiles
Selecting the parent or child's name open a pop-window with their profile, providing access to finer details, like contact information, history and notes as well as access to contact the family mutliple ways.
Search
The top right-side of the horizontal menu allows access to a Search field. Enter a parent or child’s name and hit enter to search.
There’s also the option to Create Family + directly from the enrolled page.
Filters
Selecting the arrow filters beside the subheadings along the top will allow fields to be sorted in different ways, eg/ alphabetically A-z or Z-a; by age order; or room.
The Vacancy.care enrolled page provides the quickest access to all families currently attending the service.
