Best practices > setting up the enquiry form

Want to get the most out of Vacancy.care?
More benefits with less work...? Follow these best practice guidelines.

Setting-up an enquiry form so that families can contact you directly from your website is a must. This way, when families wish to ask a question, gather information, enquire about vacancies - they're coming directly to you. This information can be saved in the family's profile, within Occupancy Vacancy.care for future access - the first stage in the Vacancy.care sales pipeline, heading towards enrolment.
The enquiry form is offered as a website plug-in.

Accessed via the Main menu > Manage web forms > Enquiry form
From the right-hand side of the screen you'll see an actions dropdown menu, choose to edit then follow the guidance to drag-and-drop, creating a custom enquiry form for your service. Hit save when the form is complete.

TIP/ ensure you mark any essential field in the form as required (a tickbox option) - this will then be denoted as important to families completing the form, with a red asterisk.

From the Actions dropdown menu, you can also choose to mark your form as active/inactive, or select Publish & share to access coding to embed the form (known as a website plug-in) onto your service website.

If you need assistance embedding the enquiry form, please get in touch via email - support@vacancy.care or call 02 8004 5592.
