Rooms set up and rooms prices
When creating an opportunity, Vacancy.care pre-populates the opportunity with information matching the child's age (as of their care start date), with the age group of the room.
The value of the lead is therefore automatically calculated using the daily price, and the number of days required.
Updating rooms
When creating new rooms and deleting old ones, open leads won't be updated automatically. To update the room within an opportunity, either edit the opportunity and change the room, or close the old opportunity and create a new one using the new rooms and pricing.
Updating rooms pricing
When updating the price attached to a room, the value will be automatically updated in all opportunities that are linked to that room.
