Question
What is a campaign list?

Answer

When creating an email campaign, you can choose to send it to an existing campaign list or create a new list. A list comprises the targeted families that meet the criteria you've assigned. Criteria is broken into categories - centre, stage, room and parents. So, depending on the purpose of the campaign, you'd select from one or all of these categories to refine your targeted list.

Example criteria may include -
Centre - Jiminy Cricket's Early Learning Centre
Stage - enquiry
Room - [none]
Parents - All parents within CRM who meet the above criteria will now show within the parent's field. They will automatically be highlighted, but can be individually unchecked if you don't wish to include them in the campaign.

Create (or access) a campaign list via Main menu > Campaigns > Campaigns.
Edit an existing campaign list via Main menu > Campaigns > Lists.

Question
When implementing a campaign, is it possible to select a stage (from within the sales funnel) and target only families at that particular stage?
