Family profiles are stored at a centre level, so if a centre has more than one user, changes will be seen by everyone in the centre.
Tasks are created at both a centre level, and a user level. Tasks can be assigned to different users.
A user will see his own tasks in his calendar, as well as been able to see tasks assigned to others allowing him to help with those tasks.
