How do you add a child to the Waitlist?
Answer
Children can be added to the waitlist directly from the Waitlist page. The way to achieve this is dependent on the situation -
For new families -
Select the pink "Create Family +" option in the top-right of the Waitlist page, add the family, then add a child ( or Opportunity ) to the family, selecting the stage as "Waitlist".
For existing families -
If an existing family wishes to be added to the waitlist, go to the "Families" page within the CRM. Search for the family, and choose to either update the stage on an existing child/opportunity to "Waitlist". Or, if the child (perhaps a sibling) is not already stored in the CRM, add a new child/opportunity, choosing "Waitlist" as the stage.
