The Waitlist.

The Occupancy CRM waitlist provides automated assistance that will...
Save you valuable time and effort. Allow families to regularly update their interest in your service - in real-time. Ensure you’re only chasing families that are still seeking care.

Families join the Occupancy CRM waitlist in one of two ways

  • By completing the waitlist form integrated on your website (we can help with this!) or,
  • By contacting your service directly, and being manually added to the waitlist.

Once on the waitlist
Automated emails can be sent to waitlisted families regularly (you choose how often), asking the family to confirm they still wish to be on your waitlist.
If the needs of a waitlisted family change (days required, requested start date, etc.), they are prompted to edit this information in the Family Portal which updates Occupancy CRM in real-time.

Internal and external waitlists

An internal waitlist managing opportunities from within that can easily be overlooked. Offer an enrolled family that extra day they’ve been hoping for, or keep a clear record of a sibling wishing to start care.

An external waitlist can keep clear records - and detailed notes - of new families and entirely new enrolment opportunities.

If a family finds care elsewhere or no longer requires care
They can update this information (and also provide you with feedback on this decision) via the family portal. This will save you wasted time following them up, or offering a place that is no longer needed.
You even have the option of archiving a waitlisted family if they’ve not confirmed their interest for an extended period of time.
