In-built within Vacancy.care are flows designed to automate certain procedures during the sales & enrolment process. Both time-saving and requiring minimum effort, these flows will keep your service running smoothly and guide you from initial enquiry to the enrolment stage. Examples of in-built flows include booking and confirming service tours, adding tasks into your task list as a reminder to follow-up on something... even the entire offer-and-acceptance procedure. Automated templates
Automated templates facilitate a number of these flows. Here's a simple example of how a flow works -
Enquiry form automation flow
- A family completes the service enquiry form embedded on your website (*we can help with this too!)
- An automated email is sent to the family
Here's what the automated template for this flow looks like -
Note/ service name, address, phone, web and logo will all filter into your service's template automatically.
Customise your templates
To make things easier, we have pre-written a collection of templates for you. However, we know some services would prefer to customise the wording and bespoke message being sent out from your service to potential customers. Which is why we've made the automated template collection editable.
Access your automated templates to view or edit - Main menu (three vertical lines the top left) > Campaigns > Automation templates
Remember to hit save to record any changes, and know that your custom version will be sent at the next opportunity.
