Can you email directly through Vacancy.care?

Answer

Yes, you can send emails from within a family's profile. Look for the envelope icon within the family profile pop-up window. Start at the Families page, via Dashboard > Families, search for and select the family, clicking into the parent's name will open the pop-up window.

Why would you choose to email from within Vacancy.care instead of simply using your regular email account?

Answer

Emailing directly from CRM has the added benefit of logging every contact made. Stored, and date-and-time stamped - within the family's profile, you'll have historical access to see what was sent or received. Along with the convenience of keeping everything in one, central place.

Are there any pre-written email templates for users to access?

Answer

Yes. Each time you send an email from within a family's profile, there's a drop-down option to select an email template. The templates cover a wide variety of early-childhood specific topics, but can still be edited prior to sending. Select the template, then click into the editor to adjust any wording (*note, some templates require you to add elements like care start dates or names).

Can you customise email templates within Vacancy.care?

Answer
Yes. All templates can be customised to better suit the style of your service. Choose to edit existing templates or create new ones.
Accessed via Main menu > Campaign > Email templates.

Can you create targeted email campaigns within Vacancy.care?

Answer
Yes. Select specific criteria and create focused email campaigns that can filter individual families, their stage in the sales funnel, the centre (if you manage more than one), etc.

Is there an option to attach documents or files to email?

Answer
Yes. Each time you send an email from within a family's profile, directly below the editor you'll see options to attach a file or upload a document.

Is there an option for customers to unsubscribe?

Answer
Yes. Each time you send an email from within a family's profile, directly below the editor you'll have the option to Add unsubscribe link. Selecting this will place the link into your email. Know the customers you're communicating with are happy to continue the conversation, with the option to opt out at any point.

Can you send SMS, as an alternative to email, through Vacancy.care?

Answer

Yes, you can send SMS from within a family's profile. Look for the envelope icon in the family profile pop-up window.
Start at the Families page, via Dashboard > Families, search for and select the family, clicking into the parent's name will open the pop-up window. **Worth noting that SMS is a Vacancy.care add-on subscription.
