Vacancy.care - new features and updates
Released updates and improvements, plus new features added to Vacancy.care.
Update - 17 Sept, 2020
Tasks
No show option added to tasks status
A no show option has been added as a task status for tours, orientations and meetings.
Therefore if a family don't show up, the task can be closed but no feedback email request is sent and the task will disappear from the user's open tasks list.
When updating the task status if no show is selected, a pop-up appears offering the user options to either,
- Book another tour/meeting/orientation (which will automatically send a new tour invite to parent)
- Create a new task
- Continue with no action taken
Notes
New note type added
Notes available are now - general, call and email.
Offer rejected task
When an online offer is rejected by a family, a review task is created where feedback concerning the rejected offer is visible to the user.
Offer accepted task
When an online offer is accepted by a family, a review task is created as a prompt to send service enrolment forms to the family.
When that task is completed, a new review task is created as a prompt to follow-up on the documents, or to book an orientation for the enrolled child.
Automation
Automation section added to the main menu
Direct access to automation flows (via a link to the knowledge base article) and automation templates from the main menu. Read more about our automated templates and how they can be customised here.
Appointments calendar
Name change
Bookings calendar renamed to appointments calendar. External calendar showing service tours, orientations and parent meetings.
Meetings & Orientations
Meetings and orientations added as both tasks and appointments.
While meetings and orientations share the same flow as tours, the stage isn't updated when they're booked or completed.
Tour completed task
When a tour is completed a follow-up task is created to call the family.
Online form submitted
An email notification is sent to the primary Vacancy.care user and a review task is created, whenever an online form for your service is submitted.
